An international career dedicated to the art of entertaining
Before joining Café de l’Homme, Guillaume worked for major international hotel groups such as Intercontinental, Four Seasons and Marriott. With a Master’s degree in hotel management, he specialized in revenue management and honed his expertise around the world.
