Administrative Assistant (H/F)

This multitasking position is central to the company, and its missions focus on the internal organization of the structure, including tasks such as office management, document preparation, sorting, archiving, and information communication:

  • Administrative processing of personnel files and general secretarial tasks
  • Organization of management agendas, meetings, and appointments
  • Monitoring of files, schedules, or dashboards
  • Drafting meeting minutes
  • Management of internal/external emails and mail
  • Telephone and in-person reception
  • Communication of information internally
  • Data entry
  • Drafting documents and letters
  • Ordering supplies and archiving
  • Non-exhaustive list and subject to evolution
