We are looking for a Barman (M/F) to prepare and serve drinks ordered by customers. He/she will also be responsible for stocking and restocking the drinks counter. Ensuring the efficiency and speed of the drinks service. The tasks are as follows:
- Ensuring the presentation and taste of cocktails
- May contribute to the development of the drinks menu
- Managing the drinks office
- Checking the cleanliness of the bar and drinks room
- Inventory BEV + glassware ACTIVITY
- Checks consumption by Groups & Events
- Participates in drawing up technical sheets with management and operational managers
- Follows up and communicates BEV stock shortages with the restaurant team and the Catering/Purchasing department
- Orders BEV with the operational manager and the bursar’s office
- Takes part in supervising the dishwashing team
- Supervises compliance with HACCP standards with clerks and dishwashers, through regular cleaning of the entire back area
- Adapts to events and privatisations at Café de l’Homme by managing its human, material and product needs.
