Article 1. Organizing Company
The company Café de l’Homme, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €40,000.00 euros, registered with the RCS of Paris B 478 343 304
under the number 478343304, whose registered office is located at 17 PL TROCADERO ET 11 NOVEMBRE 75016 PARIS (hereinafter “the Organizing Company”), is organizing a promotional operation entitled “WELCOME2025” (hereinafter “the Operation”) from 01/13/2025 to 01/31/2025 inclusive.Article 2. Participants
The Operation is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in metropolitan France, with the exception of members of the Organizing Body’s staff and their families, as well as any person directly or indirectly involved in the design, production or management of the Operation.
Article 3. Terms and conditions of participation
To participate in the Operation, it is necessary to : 3.1 Make a reservation for a meal at Café de l’Homme for a date between 01/01/2025 and 31/01/2025 inclusive. 3.2. Mention the code “WELCOME2025” when booking, either by telephone or in the “Comments” field or equivalent when booking online. 3.3. The reservation must be validated and confirmed by the Organizing Body.
Article 4. Determination of Beneficiaries
Only the first 100 validated and confirmed bookings of up to 6 people, complying with the conditions of Article 3, will be eligible for the offer. The Organizing Body will set up a chronological booking system to ensure strict compliance with this limit. Each eligible reservation will be time-stamped and recorded in a dedicated file, which may be consulted on request from the Organizing Body.
Article 5. Prize
Each customer of an eligible reservation, as defined in Article 4, will be offered one (1) glass of Charles Heidsieck brut champagne, served with their meal at Café de l’Homme. The prize is nominative, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Article 6. Allocation of the Prize
The glasses of champagne will be served to customers of eligible reservations during their meal at the Café de l’Homme in January 2025. The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify the identity of customers and the validity of their reservations.
Article 7. Modification of the Operation
The Organizing Body reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Operation in the event of force majeure or if exceptional circumstances so require, without being held liable in any way.
Article 8. Liability
The Organizing Body cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or reception equipment that may prevent the Operation from running smoothly.
Article 9. Personal data
The personal data collected within the framework of the Operation are intended for the Organizing Company and are necessary for the taking into account of the participation and the attribution of the endowment. It will be processed in accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data (in particular the RGPD and la loi “Informatique et Libertés” du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée). Participants have a right of access, rectification and deletion of the data concerning them, which they may exercise by contacting the Organizing Body.
Article 10. Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in the Operation implies full acceptance of the present rules, available on the Café de l’Homme website and on request from the Organizing Body.
Article 11. Applicable Law and Disputes
The Operation and these rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules shall be submitted, failing amicable agreement, to the competent courts.
Article 12. Limits and Available Stock
The Organizing Company has provided a sufficient stock of Charles Heidsieck brut champagne glasses for the entire duration of the Operation. However, this offer is valid while stocks last. In the event that the prize mentioned in Article 5 is out of stock, beyond the control of the Organizing Company, the latter reserves the right to replace the prize initially planned with a prize of equivalent or greater value, without being held liable for this. No financial compensation may be claimed in the event of the unavailability of the initial prize.
