Reservation Agent (M/F)

Reporting to the Reservations Manager as well as to Sales and General Management, the Reservations Agent (M/F) is a key player in taking reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction during the process. Responsibilities include

  • Handle all reservations in a personalized way, by calling back customers
  • Respond to specific customer requests on the reservation platform
  • Monitor and control all reservations
  • Complete and update customer files in CRM
  • Telephone upselling
  • Manage and optimize direct and indirect sales through effective management of incoming requests
  • Carry out ad hoc sales missions requested by the sales department to develop outgoing demand
  • Master sales techniques and have a good knowledge of the product to adapt it to demand
  • Accounting follow-up
  • Ensure the link and proper transmission of information between the various departments
  • Complete and update customer files in CRM
